Riverbank USD has WAN (Wide-Area-Network) data communications between all school sites. Fiber-optic Gigiabit lines connect each site and the District Office. Multiple T1 lines connect the District Office to SCOE (Stanislaus County Office of Education) and the Internet.

RUSD has a total of 14 Windows2000 servers and 3 Linux servers throughout the sites.

As of December 2006, there are approximately 900 Windows workstations in RUSD. Riverbank High has 4 full computer labs, with 15 mini-labs.

Cardozo Middle School and each of the K-5 elementary schools have 1 full computer lab. Mini-labs vary from site to site with additional mini-labs in the planning process.

Board Policy describes acceptable use of the the network, email and Internet for both students and staff.
